Sushant Singh Rajput’s birth anniversary today has been marked with a flurry of social media activity. Family, friends, co-stars and fans of the late actor have been reminiscing about the times they spent with him and offering tributes.Sushant’s 2016 film ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ co-star Ashrut Jain, who played the role of Shabbir Hussain, the school team captain, in Neeraj Pandey‘s biographical drama, took a walk down memory lane to talk about the actor who scored big with the biopic.
Speaking to ETimes exclusively, he said, ”I’m just musing as to what if he was alive and living life to the fullest? We all know the world is not a fair place but it should be a happy place.” When asked if he remembered how Sushant celebrated his birthday, he revealed, ”All I know is that he used to make donations on his birthday. He was full of life when he used to party and loved being with his close ones. But his best birthdays were on the sets when he was working.”
Ashrut believes that Sushant has set an example for aspiring actors with his life journey. He also feels that everyone must celebrate Sushant’s birthday as ‘Creative Day’, as a tribute to all creative people.
